kod4d Platform Use

In this terms and conditions document, the following words carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the kod4d website accessible via kod4d.onl together with all digital services provided under that brand.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the kod4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the user, including personal information, account balance, betting records and transaction history.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in the user's account at any given time, including deposited funds and legitimate winnings.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or promotional offers given by kod4d to members based on specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total number of betting rounds that must be completed before a bonus or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Continued use of the kod4d platform after any amendment to the terms is published is considered full acceptance of those changes by the user.

To register and use the kod4d platform, an individual must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. kod4d enforces this age limit strictly and reserves the right to request verification documents at any time.
• Be residing in a location where the use of this platform is not prohibited by applicable local laws.
• Not be under a self-exclusion period, whether self-requested or imposed by kod4d.
• Hold a valid identification card or MyKad, or other recognised identity document for identity verification purposes.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of another party.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the kod4d platform. Registration of more than one account by the same individual — using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is prohibited and will result in all related accounts being suspended.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and up to date.
• Updating personal information whenever any changes occur, particularly the mobile number and email address used for account verification.
• Keeping the username and password confidential and not sharing login credentials with any other party.
• Reporting to the kod4d support team immediately if the account is suspected of being accessed by an unauthorised party.

The kod4d platform supports the following deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian members:

All deposits are processed automatically. kod4d does not charge any deposit processing fee on its own part, however fees charged by payment providers may apply. Users are advised to ensure that the payment method used is registered in the user's own name.

Withdrawals from a kod4d account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Users must have completed the full account verification process (KYC) before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security purposes and to prevent money laundering.
• If the bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until that condition is fulfilled.

The withdrawal processing period typically takes between 5 and 30 minutes. If there is an unexpected delay, users may contact the kod4d support team via 24/7 live chat for a status check.

All bonuses offered by kod4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective promotion. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• The kod4d welcome bonus gives a 200% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM200 bonus, the wagering requirement is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• For a deposit of RM1,600, a maximum bonus of RM1,500 is given, bringing the total balance to RM3,100, and the wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.
• The bonus is only valid for use within the specified period. Bonuses that have expired will be forfeited automatically.
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim this bonus using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all accounts involved being closed.

The kod4d VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each offering a different weekly cashback rate. Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Tier advancement depends on the user's activity record and loyalty on the platform.

The kod4d platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook and other games. Each category has its own rules set by the respective game providers.

Users agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by a random number system (RNG) or by actual sports results, which are independent of kod4d's control.
• kod4d's server records are the official reference for all betting decisions in the event of a dispute.
• Any technical disruption during a game session that results in an invalid outcome will be resolved based on kod4d's internal compensation policy.
• kod4d reserves the right to void bets or wagers in the event of a clear technical error, such as incorrectly displayed odds or a payment system failure.

Games on the kod4d platform are designed for entertainment only. Users are reminded to play responsibly and to set personal spending limits according to their own means.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the kod4d platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological tools to access, play or exploit the platform's systems.
• Collusion or cooperation with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in games involving multiple players.
• Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim new offers or sharing calculated betting information to meet wagering requirements unlawfully.
• Money laundering or using the kod4d platform to conceal or transfer funds obtained from illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, breach or interfere with kod4d's security systems in any way.
• Making false statements, providing misleading personal information or using another person's identity during registration or verification.

kod4d collects, stores and processes users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on our Privacy Policy page. By using this platform, users give kod4d consent to process their personal information for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.
• Processing financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals and bonus payments.
• Sending account-related communications, promotions and service updates.
• Analysis of usage behaviour for platform improvement and system security.
• Compliance with legal obligations and applicable international licensing regulations.

kod4d will not sell or disclose users' personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law or licensing regulations.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the kod4d support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the established withdrawal procedure.

kod4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• False identity verification or documents submitted that are proven to be invalid.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant licensing bodies.
• Activity showing signs of compulsive gambling problems or an active self-exclusion request.

kod4d provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruption. kod4d is not responsible for:

• Financial losses arising from unfavourable betting outcomes by users.
• Any service disruption, server downtime or technical issues beyond kod4d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to comply with the account security requirements set out.
• An individual user's decision to continue betting activity without regard to their personal financial risks.

kod4d's liability limit under any circumstances shall not exceed the total funds deposited by the relevant user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

kod4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless otherwise stated. Users are advised to review this document periodically.

Continued use of the kod4d platform after amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms. If a user does not agree with any amendment, they must stop using the platform and close their account immediately.

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to the international licensing under which kod4d operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the competent licensing body in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.
